Life Coaching

Wanting to move forward?
Ready to explore what’s next for you?
Looking for a partner to co-create with you in new and undiscovered ways?

Coaching can help you to move forward in life. Do you sometimes long to feel more alive, to be more curious and visionary, to connect more deeply to others, and to find real meaning in every day?

Coaching is a powerful approach to explore what’s possible. It can help you find breakthroughs in:

  • Becoming unstuck in an area where you might feel unable to move forward

  • Tackling a new challenge or life transition

  • Developing clarity about your vision, values, or life purpose

  • Navigating through a challenging time

  • Exploring how to make a career transition

  • Moving to the next level in your life

Co-Active Coaching®—unlike other kinds of life/leadership coaching—begins by holding all individuals as naturally creative, resourceful and whole. This means we are all capable of finding answers to whatever challenges we face. My job as a coach is to ask powerful questions, to listen, and empower to bring out the skills and creativity that you already possess. The goal is not to instruct, advise, or mentor, but rather to help you find the latitude of freedom of thought and action in your life.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching can also help teams be more effective. In the study Building a Coaching Culture for Change Management, coaching activities (e.g., one-on-one coaching, team coaching and work group coaching with a professional coach) were rated as the most helpful in achieving the goals of change management initiatives. Organizations with strong coaching cultures were also found to have better talent and business outcomes. Learn more about how having an executive coach can make you be more successful.
